This company is fantastic. Our 27-year-old AC stopped cooling and they came out the same day and did a complete system evaluation. They told me nothing was broken but said replacing certain parts would improve performance. I’m choosing a full replacement. I appreciated the honest and thorough assessment, and our AC Tech Jose was outstanding! I highly recommend these folks!

Reece came over to fix our AC seemed we had a coolant leak, he took me through the steps that isolated the leak and got it fixed up and recharged, really nice guy and very patient and knowledgeable. AC is working again.

Timothy came over for our regular maintenance before we head into winter. Again just great customer service. Really personable and changed the filter gave the system a once over. Looking forward to having no issues in winter.

Ronnie came over due to a condensate leak, he identified the area that the unit was leaking and attempted a fix, unfortunately that first fix didn't work but a second fix did. All resolved in the one visit. Ronnie was great very personable and easy to discuss the issue with and very quick to diagnose the issue and discuss solutions. Again I wont go anywhere else for AC repairs.

Update on this still the best HVAC company I've dealt with, they have a great service contract now which I'm happy to be part of. KC attended to help with our internal condensate pipe getting blocked. Was really great, did a great job cleaning up the system inside and out for us.

By far the best HVAC company we have ever dealt with, fixed the air conditioning in summer and heater in winter. Very prompt great service. Zach the technician that came out both times is great and friendly.

The two guys who were doing the installation arrived on time and worked as a team to complete the job. They were both professional and personable. Great job!
While I have not yet had occasion to use the new unit since it is upstairs the three men did a very professional job in doing the work with very little disturbance to the rest of the household.
What a relief to find a great A/C company right here in Plano!
